Dr. Weksberg of the Weksberg Centre for Cosmetic Dermatology in Toronto Ontario recommends applying Inside Tan using horizontal and vertical strokes for a more even coverage. We suggest you use less on your elbows, ankles and knees to prevent deeper tanning in these areas. You should wash your hands and nails immediately after application. Allow lotion to completely dry on skin before dressing. Depending on your desired tanning level, Inside Tan can be used as little as once a week or as often as desired. Tip: Apply all over ankles, knees and elbows without avoidance and then go back over these areas with a dry towel and gently wipe.
